The names test
Every question below is about what other people could say, cold, with nobody prompting them. That is the only reason its answer is worth anything. Around fifteen minutes. No email, no account, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
Before you start
From the last quarter or two. Real things that happened, not things you are proud of in general. Ordinary ones are better than your best one, because three ordinary wins describe you and one extraordinary win describes a good day.
For each win you will do four things. You will split it into what your role handed you and what changed because of you. You will name who could describe that change without your help. You will say which phase of the loop it came out of. Then the exercise places you, and you will not be able to argue with it, because you wrote all of it.
"Nobody" is a real answer and you should use it when it is true. It happens most often on the largest, most technical wins. It means the work is real and the record is not. Those are two separate findings and only one of them is a problem you can fix this month.
Nothing here is stored, scored against anyone else, or sent anywhere. There is no incentive to inflate an answer except the pleasure of a nicer result, which lasts about four minutes and costs you the whole point of the exercise.
